   With Jonathan Quick injured and Calvin Petersen sidelined under COVID-19 protocol, the Los Angeles Kings gave Troy Grosenick his first NHL start in over six years. Villalta was quickly promoted from AHL to taxi squad to NHL backup in order to dress behind Grosenick.
