October 15, 1972 Detroit Red Wings vs Los Angeles Kings. 8-2 win.
As a junior goalie with the Kitchener Rangers in the early 1970s, Seperich was a teammate of future Hockey Hall of Famers Larry Robinson and Bill Barber.
In 1972, he was drafted and signed by the Detroit Red Wings. Seperich was also drafted by the WHA's Ottawa Nationals in 1972 but never signed with the club.
October, 1972 the Red Wings recalled the rookie goalie from the IHL's Port Huron Wings to dress as backup to Roy Edwards. Detroit had lost goalie Dennis DeJordy to a minor injury and needed someone to take his place as the team's second goalie.
Seperich played 3 seasons of professional hockey in North America. His final season of pro hockey was in 1975/76, playing in Sweden. He continued to play hockey as a senior goalie in New Brunswick through the 1980s.
