1 NHL Game
December 2, 1968 Philadelphia Flyers vs Los Angeles Kings. 1-3 loss.
Dennis Roy was serving as an off-ice NHL official in Los Angeles when the Flyers asked him to dress as their backup in an emergency situation. Both Flyers goalies, Doug Favell and Bernie Parent, had come down with the flu. Parent was forced to play through his sickness but Favell was unable to dress. Dennis Roy agreed to serve as Philly's backup and wore Favell's #1 jersey.
Roy continued to play semi-pro hockey well into the 1970s for the Fresno Falcons.
- Wore #1 with Philadelphia Flyers
